Staff were very welcoming, room nice and clean, the bed very comfortable, plenty of tea & coffee in room, nice view of the water from our room 5, smaller than expected but nice overall, breakfast was lovely, only downside is the lack of parking near by but we knew this prior to booking so came as no surprise. On our arrival we was greeted by very friendly staff and was shown to our room .our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed .the view from our window was superb looking out to the sea .very comfortable and cosy ,the breakfast was superb with plenty to choose from. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Lovely clean room with balcony looking out towards port Isaac. My husband had the full Cornish breakfast which was huge plenty of variety. Staff so friendly couldn't do enough for you. Only problem is have is that I can't return with my little dog as the rooms are not pet friendly which is a shame
