Perched above the turquoise waters of Cutlass Bay, The Point House offers panoramic ocean views from nearly every room — including all five bedrooms, the modern kitchen, dining room, and even the bathrooms. The spacious deck extends out over the water, offering the magical feeling of being aboard your own private ship as you spot tropical fish, rays, and sea turtles below.

Each room is designed for comfort with cooling breezes, A/C, and soothing sea views. The layout easily accommodates multi-generational families or groups seeking space and privacy.

For couples and groups of up to four guests, we offer a particularly special way to experience our Cat Island home.
Your stay is centered around our two beautiful oceanfront Master Suites, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom and its own balcony overlooking the ocean. These spacious, private suites are the heart of the home and provide an especially comfortable and luxurious setting for one or two couples traveling together.

For smaller parties, the home's additional sleeping wing remains closed. This separate wing contains three smaller bedrooms and a cozy sleeping loft, all sharing a bathroom, and is designed to provide additional sleeping capacity for larger groups.

Rather than cooling and maintaining bedrooms that a smaller party does not need, we thoughtfully configure the home around the spaces you will actually enjoy. This allows us to conserve electricity while giving smaller groups access to the most desirable accommodations in the home—the two oceanfront Master Suites with private bathrooms and balconies.

For groups requiring additional sleeping accommodations, the secondary bedroom wing will be opened and prepared for your stay.

This approach allows us to be mindful of the unique energy costs of island living while preserving the comfort, privacy, and exceptional experience our guests come to Cat Island to enjoy.

For one or two couples, you get the best of the house: two private oceanfront Master Suites, each with its own bathroom and balcony, along with the home's shared living spaces and outdoor areas. Please let us know upon booking if you are one or 2 couples traveling and we reimburse $30 off each night of your stay.
