I spent a total on 5 night in hotel during a business trip. Stay on the 5th floor, Room 518 was adequate, clean and serviced every day. It came with only a shower, which was very tricky to work, either the water came out very hot or cold, most of the other rooms in colleges rooms had small bath only. Breakfast in the morning was ok, but I found that some of the food left over from Lunch was serviced again at Dinner time, I found that ordering off the Room service menu was much better and food tends to be of a higher standard then down stair restaurant buffa. WiFi was a bit slow on days depending how full the hotel was, other members in our party stayed on the 3 floor which that said was much better then what we had upstairs. Other than that I had a pleasant stay, staff were always friendly and helpfully.

Hotel is Good for business stay, excellent staff clean, good food More attention to details is required in some areas. Softer pillows is also required. But overall Hotel is in a good location. I frequent this hotel regularly whenever am in PH. Reservation and Airport pickup and drop off can easliy be done via the telephone or email

We had a nice stay here. The hotel is an old hotel and the rooms arent so modern. All the same the ambience in the hotel generally is on point. The staff were professional and i definitely must write about the anioma restaurant. The food was a hit back to back. Kudos

Nice place to spend business time. Familiar atmosphere, friendly and hospitable staff. Good housekeeping, nice artworks small shops .Good local food but need to improve international meals. Excellent security . Fantastic Guest Relation Lady.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The hotel personnel are very hospitable specially their Guest relation officer - Onyi Grace. She's very kind and helpful to guest. The room service is great and maintain cleanliness at all times.Overall hotel service is great and recommendable to all expats who will visit Port Harcourt. The food buffet is good but still needs improvement - not much choices during dinner but alacarte is available.

The hotel is at the heart of the city which is a plus. The room is clean and lovely artworks adorn the hotel. It will be a diservice if I don't mention the very fast WiFi on offer. Too bad one would only get complimentary breakfast if yiu get down early or you would go hungry .

GT-PH is a place to be. Friendly staff, prompt service delivery and serene environment. However, there is need to improve on your meals; they could taste better. Overall,it is a wonderful place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay as the hotel was clean and well maintained with a nice ambience. Also, the hotel staff were quite professional. Of course there is always room for improvement but customer service experience is above average. The internet worked well too. The downside however is the dining. The breakfast buffet leaves much to be desired and managed to make me not look forward to breakfast despite having a variety of dishes on display. Speaking of the display, It would be great to have salads in proper bowls and not on a "mirror-like" surface. My lunch experience was no better. The meals are pricey and should have commensurate good quality- improve on this and you will have two thumbs up and more stars

First experience but quite rewarding. Walking through the front door, you feel relaxed Great ambience........ lovely décor, not too cluttered .....with excellent staff that are quite welcoming and professional. The room was tastefully furnished, clean and with clean sheets....a must for me. Golden Tulip PH is indeed a Home away from Home!!

I had really high expectations having stayed at the Enugu property. The 1st problem was that the room was small. It wasn't really clean as well. The room smelled musty and the bathroom especially was not clean enough. Check in was slow an considering that there were about 5 people behind the counter, it should not have been. There was also no waiting area in the lobby so you have to stand for as long as it takes to be served. Room service was glacial and unapologetic. I definitely will not stay there again.
