Cancellation

I did not stay at the hotel at all due change of program. (Ferry scheduled changed) in order to reach Port Gentil , (the town. But called Mammadi , the manager in advance to cancel. I also called the front desk for the same purpose . I was only be reimbursed of $31 .about 10% .
