Perfectly located in the centre of Port Fairy is this perfect holiday house offering great furnishings and decor for the perfect stay, for rest and relaxation. The house offers high ceilings and a traditional floorplan having all the rooms connected to a central hallway, which includes 2 bedrooms, a separate living room with a gaslog fire, full kitchen with modern appliances, including a Dishwasher and dining space, main bathroom and a laundry with a separate toilet. This property also have a great garden space, with a newly added wooden deck area with outdoor dining furniture and Weber BBQ, also ample space for off street parking and a fire pit. The second bedroom offers versatile bed configuration options, with the 2 single beds able to convert into 1 big king bed and also offer a trundle bed for an extra child @ an additional charge. This property is definitely a great option for holiday fun and relaxation, perfectly located to enjoy the best Port Fairy has to offer.
