An ideal location for your next trip to Port Fairy! Situated on the banks of the Moyne River Johansson's Perch No 2 offers a perfect holiday home your next getaway. Enjoy views of the river from your deck, take a morning stroll along the wharf and watch the world go by. Head to East Beach over the footbridge or a short stroll into the centre of town and the shopping and culinary delights of Port Fairy.

This 2 bedrooms, 3 bathroom home is generously proportioned and allows almost separate living with each bedroom on its own floor with its own bathroom (one with shower and one with shower and separate bath). There is a third shower and toilet on the ground floor off the laundry.

The house has its own outdoor deck with dining, as well as large grassy area in front of the house with loving maintained gardens. The living space takes full advantage of the river views so curl up on the inviting and comfortable sofa and enjoy the sights. The house also boast a large kitchen so plenty of space to whip up a masterpiece for dinner!

Please note this has a shared front terrace and grassed area.

Port Fairy Golf Getaway

This property is in an awesome spot - looking out on the river, large kitchen and two really good size bedrooms with ensuites. Very clean. We ate out every night but there is plenty of room if you wanted a family dinner.
