Wonderful location. Beautiful house

Overall very enjoyable. However, property wasn’t very clean on arrival. Dust under furniture and on Venetian blinds. Used towels in a cupboard in one of the bedrooms. Sand on floor in bunk room. Light over one of bunks not working/broken. Water under front door (making door very hard to open) and water in key safe - likely from BBQ deck above. Not many glasses and mugs for the capacity of house. We loved the spectacular location and the layout of the house suited the family very well. Thank you

Amazing location

Location was just amazing. Direct access to beach from the property. House was interesting and modern with water views from all bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the restaurant options nearby. Excellent Thai restaurant ’Lemongrass’ and cafe ‘Bank St Co’ for coffee breakfast & lunch. We hardly cooked at the property but there were many pots n pans in the kitchen cupboards (non-stick were all worn out though). It was a beautiful property however windows in bedroom didn’t open so couldn’t listen to the waves while in bed. Also no spare bin liners were provided by the cleaners which was a bit disappointing. Roof over the deck would have been nice as it rained during our stay and we couldn’t sit outside to enjoy the sound of waves. Please get carpet and throw rugs cleaned as they were really dirty. We had an infant so it was ok as she was in her bassinet but probably wouldn’t let a toddler crawl on that dirty carpet. Overall experience was great. I would surely recommend the property for the location and views but request the property manager to focus a little on detailed cleaning every now n then. If one pays 5 star rates they expect 5 star cleanliness too.

Great place but needed a clean

The house was great and the location is excellent. The only issue we had was the Internet wasn't working for the first few days until the technician came, and the house was a bit dirty when we got there, we had to vacuum the floors and wipe the kitchen surfaces when we arrived, Apart from that, it was an enjoyable stay.
