Water Front Family Retreat

Four Cs is a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom Penthouse Condo overlooking a gorgeous marina and Lake Erie with huge private patio. The expansive covered patio includes dinning for 7, lounge seating area for 8, gas grill and ring toss game. Indoors the Penthouse had a large Living Room with great views of the Lake and Marina. The Kitchen is fully stocked with gas rang, dishwasher double oven and microwave. Laundry room has washer/dryer and second Frig. The property boast 2,100 sqft with master bedroom including an ensuite bath, two additional rooms one with bunk bed and the other with queen bed, both with walk-in closets. Additional amenities include an elevator access to the penthouse floor and a pool .

Located 20 minutes from Cedar Point, a few minutes from Miller Ferry or Jet Express, and even closer The Orchard , Twin Oast Brewery, and Gideon Owen (Mon a Mi). Many fishing charters available out of marina. Beaches near by as well. Enjoy relaxing on the covered patio watching the boats in the marina, taking a trip to Kelleys Island, Put-In-Bay or one of the many islands. A Great place to get away for your family.

Also, Available is a Private Dock in marina, available for boats up to 30' for an added fee. Let us know when booking.

Lake erie
