Nestled on a canal in Port Charlotte, this waterside sanctuary is just a short drive away from pristine beaches including the renowned Boca Grande and Englewood Beach, shopping and entertainment! If you love being on the water, you'll love your stat here at this boater's dream house; South Gulf Cove has DIRECT Gulf Coast access and comes with not one but two boat docks for unlimited cruising and fishing excursions! This home is a pet friendly property complete with a dog run for your furry companions!

This Florida style retreat offers 3 bedrooms, a Florida room with a Queen size Murphy bed, and 2.5 bathrooms that can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The Master Ensuite is an absolute palace where you can get the best rest in the king bed and five yourself a spa like experience in the large bathroom with soaking tub and a separate shower. Each bedroom is fashioned with modern amenities including smart TVs with fire sticks for your enjoyment. You can truly relax in this homey space and entertain all of your family and friends with the gourmet kitchen, ample dining spaces, cozy living areas, large screened patio and lanai, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, and of course the glistening pool with a picture perfect canal view!

During your stay enjoy complimentary kayaks with life jackets, and beach gear for all of our adventures, fishing poles

Boat dock w no lift is 7'W by 16.5'L. You can tie up to this dock. There isn't much of a current since we are in a canal behind a Lock. The boat lift is currently being rented.

There are 2 bridges to go under to get out to the Lock. Depending on the season, there is 8 to 9 foot clearance.

We provide:

1 Roll of toliet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, some cleaning supplies for kitchen. Sponge, dishwasher tablet, and liquid dish soap. 1-2 detergent pods and dryer sheets. Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap

There are cameras around the outside perimeter of the house pointing out away from the home. No cameras in living spaces, Lanai or pool area. This is to ensure safety for both the property and guests.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
