Starter Kit for your arrival:
For the convenience of our guests, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, as well as some basic cleaning supplies, shampoo, and Q-tips. We do not provide propane or any additional supplies during your stay. However, if there is anything reasonable that is not supplied, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
We make the beds with only a fitted sheet and blankets with duvet covers as we have discovered that 99% of guests have slept on top of the flat sheets. This saves us time, water, and laundry detergent when washing everything. We do provide flat sheets, extra pillows, pillow cases, and blankets in the closets for guests that wish to use the items.
Please reach out to us immediately if there is any issue during your stay so we can do our best to resolve it promptly. We want all our guests to be happy and comfortable DURING their stay, and we want to EARN great reviews.

Great get-away
The property and house were nice, the amenities were nice and the location was great being on the water and also having a pool. While the pool is small, most seemed to be in the area, it was screened in and the kids enjoyed it and it was heated so the colder nights while we were there did not affect our ability to use it.

An Excellent stay
This property is first class in every way.
Excellent amenities, location, view and accommodations.
The home was beautifully decorated and had many items available for our stay including kitchen equipment, cooking items, ingredients, even sun products.
The pool was lovely and so relaxing along with a large covered area in the lanai.
Neighborhood very quiet.
Matt was very hospitable and accommodating - quick to respond.
We would definitely come back here again and again.
