Not good. Rude staff. Pool out of order. Noisy. Dirty floors. So unhappy. Will never stay again. Most expensive hotel in area for no reason at all. Do by waste your money here
The property is beautiful! Clean and quiet. We were really looking forward to visiting the rooftop bar and pool, but it was completely closed for a wedding. Wish we had known ahead of time. Other than that, our stay was great.

Loved this hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff. Enjoyed the rooftop pool & bar. Room is spacious and bed very comfortable. Nearby eateries within short walking distance, great food. Only downside is a charge for early checkin. Have never experienced this before. Didn’t matter since our room was not available earlier, but found it strange they would charge if it were. Hotel is still great and I’ll definitely be back when visiting Punta Gorda.

The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel has LIMITED parking behind the building. The roof top bar and pool are to die for. Everything is with in walking distance. Only issue noted is the hotel can be noisy I was on the third floor and over heard the elevators doors slammed and trucks backing up in the morning. The One other point of concern is I had two breakfasts of the same meal. (took pictures s) the first was amazing, the second I received half of the food I got the first time. No portion consistency.
Discovered that there were bed bugs in the bed and that there were stains on the sheets. Also I thought that they changed/ cleaned the room after every guest… yeah no there’s a little card that’s on the bed when you first come in and it states that cleaning is done every other day. So basically there must had been someone in the room that morning, checked out, and then housekeeping just made everything look nice and not change the sheets out at all just the towels. Very disappointing since the hotel is almost a 5 star hotel and one of Punta Gorda prime hotels to stay at. I honestly would love a refund cause I definitely won’t go and stay there again.
We loved that we were in walking distance to many things. Parking was pretty easy. They had a good breakfast, but next door at Dean's South of the border was a great breakfast as well and right next to the property. The rooftop bar was fun as they had a band And they had a fun entertainer in the piano bar downstairs one night. Staff was very helpful.
