Immaculate Beach Villa with boat dock on Lemon Bay
Beautiful 2 BR, 2.5 BA Villa with a private beach and boat dock on Lemon Bay. Ideally situated in the quaint community of OakWater Cove. Our Villa location is a short walk to the beach, close to dock for boat access, near the heated, saltwater community pool, and adjacent to a nature preserve to provide excellent privacy. A 90 day minimum during January - April is required please. A 30 day minimum is required during May - December.
Newly remodeled with all new furniture give a fresh, clean, welcoming feel that lights up every guest with comfort and happiness. 2 bedrooms upstairs each with their own full bath, half-bath downstairs with a bright and roomy kitchen. Nice living room area that can comfortably seat 6 people, private screened in patio to relax and enjoy the outdoor breeze.
