Carla, Elizabeth, and Alina, Front Desk Representatives Holiday Inn Express Hotel were all pleasant, provided superior customer service and very helpful. The breakfast staff were also very pleasant and greeted us with a genuine smile and nice demeanor. Our housekeeping crew cleaned our room in a thorough manner and ensured that it was restocked with the necessary items. Upon check-in my girlfriend mentioned that we needed to go to Walmart to purchase toothpaste since we didn't pack any to minimize issues at TSA check points. We asked Carla for complimentary toothpaste and she graciously provided use with several packets. Overall, we enjoyed really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. My only regret is that we didn't make the time to enjoy the cool pool with our granddaughter.
Staff friendly and quick. Location was close to airport. Breakfast was nice and they even had Go Bags to take with. Would stay there again!
