We stayed 3 nights. First night I asked maid to just give me extra towels. Second night I asked maid to come back later. She didn't come back at all. Room was not cleaned when we returned at 9:30 pm. No maid service available then.

I had a nice comfortable bed, parking was right outside my door. Interior space is more than adequate for one or two people. The staff was very pleasant. It is located just off a major road so there was adequate eating facilities within walking distance. The one thing that bothered me was the carpeting really felt like it needed to be cleaned.

I chose a hotel that had breakfast included to make it very convenient for me while I was there for business. I was there for one night, and didn't need much. I came down for breakfast, and there was only coffee and wrapped junk food snacks. I based my timeline on this convenience, which turned into an inconvenience. I just wanted a water, and a quick HOT breakfast. I ended up buying 2 waters from the gift shop, but had to find other arrangements for breakfast. I understand that this might be trivial to most, but it was the ONLY extra search criteria that I was looking for. Also, there was a dog barking near my room which was a little annoying since I signed a form stating that I didn't have any pets with me, so I assumed this hotel had a no pet policy. I will stay elsewhere next time I am in town.

The breakfast hostess and atmosphere, tables, chairs, breakfast variety. Clean room, very comfortable bed and several pillows. Pleasant registration agents.

I would like to thank Dawn who helped us tremendously by giving us another room when my allergies were affecting me in the room we were in. She was so kind and it meant so much to get a goods nights sleep. Thank you Dawn!

None of the workers knew where the ice machine so I had to walk around the whole place at 2am trying to find it! Very disappointed

The 3rd floor is much better than the 1st floor Parking isnt that good but ittle exercise doesnt urt

The room was really clean, no bad smells. Very friendly staff. Small problem - the lamp at the desk did not work. We were happy customers still.

Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Even with shower curtain.
