No hot water

We booked the room with a spa bath, paid extra for it there was barely enough hot water to have a bath for my partner and I had to have a cold shower after. Then when we went to sleep there was some type of animal in the roof keeping us up half the night

I booked a 1 bedroom family suite. I was allotted 7B. I would like to inform all people who are trying to book this place that the room layout is horrible. I feel I have been cheated with the deceptive pics. The bathroom or washroom is in between the living room and bedroom.In case you have to go to the bedroom you have to pass through the bathroom. This is ridiculous. It means that if some one is using the washroom, then you cannot move out of the living room and go to the bedroom or vice versa. Just imagine the adjustments that you have to make when you are travelling with your kid/kids. Second ,

The location of this accomodation is amazing. Literally in the town with the beach across the road. Staff are friendly and rooms and bathrooms are clean. A deck and balcony also available. We had an overnight stay as a family of four and overall had a pleasant experience. Cant go wrong with the location!

We booked and confirmed the booking 3 days before arrive. The arriving date, we came to front desk and they simply sat there is no room and we are turned away even after we paid in full 3 days before arrival and it has been a few days and we still did not get refund!!! Horrible experience

Sea Foam Villas are in a perfect location across from the bay in Pt Campbell. They are well appointed and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again whilst travelling the Great Ocean Road.

Nicely equipped studio apartment in very central l

Receptionist was lovely and basically showed us to room and assisted with on site parking. Studio room was well equipped with separate lounge and bedroom. We were underneath a room above and some walking around upstairs sound travelled down to us. Plus staircase was quite noisy/echoey and light was on in staircase all night making our room bright and meant disturbed sleep. Discovered in morning we could have turned light off manually but too late. Perhaps this could have been mentioned at check in?(in the interest of future guests)

Excellent location beside the ocean, with a bar and restaurant just opposite and walking to distance to the main streets shops and cafes. Apartment was cozy and comfortable; great for a young family.
