The room was large and had two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths with kitchenette, which was great for our family. The location was ideal for getting out for the coast road drive. We had a later arrival, after the office closed, but they left a note for us that gave us the information for our room access. That was appreciated.

We had two nights stay at Port Campbell Park View. It was our first time in Australia for a road trip along Great Ocean Road (GOR). Since the Receptionist closes at 5:00 p.m. and we knew we would arrive late in the evening at Port Campbell, Steve the Relief Manager provided us guidance on the check-in process. We followed Steve’s instructions and the self check-in process was smooth. The motel compound and the room was clean and spacious. It is within 10-15 drives to The 12 Apostles Viewing Point, Loch Ard, and London Arch; within two-minute drive to restaurants and petrol station.

Nice, safe motel. Very quiet. Good laundry facilities onsite. Hot water wasnt very hot in room though... wonder how sanitary it is getting people of wash and dry dishes with water that isnt hot enough and a single tea towel... if you want your dishes washed hygenically then perhaps in room dishwashers should be provided...

The motel is located a short walk away from the town centre and beachfront. It’s a humble space with everything you need for a short stay - including a hot water kettle, simple cutlery, a toaster, minibar and even a smart TV. The shower looked really new and everything was spotless. You could even smell the fresh linen scent coming off the duvet cover. My partner and I drove in and had no issues finding the place. Steve was responsive by message and so pleasant in person; check-in and out took no more than a couple of minutes each time. Thank you!
