The house was excellent for our family trip. There were 10 of us visiting. Everyone had plenty of room. The property was very clean and the location is great. You’re close enough to walk to the beach if you want, however, we rented a golf cart. You are also very close to several of the main stores on Crystal Beach. Be ready for a workout! The stairs are plentiful! However, the views from the top are great. The mezzanine level offers a great breeze and plenty of shade as well as seating. I would recommend the linen service as well. It makes things much easier and less items to have to pack with you! This is our third or more time to stay at a Swedes property and will definitely stay again in the future.

Flight Deck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was wonderfully decorated and very roomy, great for multiple couples. The 4th bedroom a, kitchen, bath is on the mezzanine level and such a clever idea and use of space. My only notable advice is that there is no remote for the living room fan so it doesn't work and it's a must need in this cabin. It's under powered with the ac unit so it struggles to keep cook during the day but nights are nice and cool.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend this cabin or swedes for future rentals. The cabin was extremely dirty and the middle floor which they consider when counting the number of guest allowed was filthy and had mold and mildew. We had to ask for plug ins to mask the smell. The top floor fan was not working and we were provided with a box fan for that which did help. I would also not recommend the linen package it's not worth the money. The location of the cabin is nice but needs lots of cleaning and updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great cabin with lots of room The mezzanine is awesome we spent the days there. Stairs steep run to the 2nd floor are kinda brutal but the view is great. You can see the bay and the beach.

Cute house but could be more clean

House was beautiful. My only complaint would be that housekeeping is not doing a great job. Surface was somewhat clean, but outside of cabinets and drawers had food on them. Air conditioning worked fabulous. Enough room to fit us all. Loved the 2nd deck. Water hose outside was torn so it was hard to wash anything. BBQ grills could not be used. They need to be trashed! I would love to stay again if property was better cleaned. 😃
