Vacation Relaxation

The house had a wonderful view. The inside was decorated beautifully. The layout of the rooms was great. I will definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a great layout if you have kids. The bedrooms are in the back of the house, and the living area is in the front. Great views of the beach and, the fact you can bring your fur baby is great too. Nice deck furniture.

We wanted to try something new for New Years and decided a beach house would be fun. We will definitely try to book the same house every year!! Salty Waves was perfect for our family!

Beach Vacation

House great. Beach narrow due to water surge from recent tropic storm. Golf carts and trucks driving to close to children. Thought pedestrians had the right of way. Dangerous situation. Community should address!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the AC was not cooling, called Swedes mgmt,was told could not fix unit. We stayed anyway with portable ACs from a friend. Mgmt sent box fans and window units for the bedrooms and the stay was tolerable. I have rented from Swedes for many years and have never had this situation before. They did offer a full refund the day we arrived as we got settled into the house, but we wanted to stay.

It was also stocked with anything that you could really need in the kitchen! The blankets and pillows were so comfortable. Our family really enjoyed it! The views were amazing and we were steps from the beach.The check in and out process was super easy and the staff at Swedes were all very friendly!
