The location was the best! I liked that it sit back from the beach a bit with nothing obstructing the Gulf and beach view. A lot of yard area to relax or play on. Plenty of room to park under the unit. The hot tub was a bonus. Grocery store not far away. Great communication with the manager.

The home was spotless and stock with all the amenities we needed. There was more than enough room. We enjoyed the hot tub every day. We were bummed the golf cart wasn’t working. Jess helped us as much as she could. Luckily we found mini golf nearby. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back soon!

The host was not the quality we are used to working with on reservation. Wasn't timely in responding to initial questions regarding reserving beach buggy. Only responded with information appropriately a week prior to arrival and told conflicting information. We were told all the buggies were in shop for repair and that we should contact other rental companies....they could even give us a better rate than the advertised in VRBO were avaiable with unit. (When we arrived at unit there were 4-5 buggies sitting at units.) Ended up contacting local buggy rental place and renting from them.We had valid concerns about master bedroom having a water leak in wall and possible mold. Kitchen sink faucet never consistently delivered hot enough water to wash dishes and hands. Informed Jessica, the host, and she offered to contact repair person and we decided to accept deficiency in water temperature rather than be bothered with coordinating and accommodating repairs during our vacation. Very likely a need for new hot water heater.

The cottage is very spacious. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Each unit has its own hot tub which was nice and clean. Great location right on the beach

Great Property, Great Location!

Cottage 6 was bright and airy. Plenty of space for kids to move around. They LOVED the bunk beds! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Location was easy to find and just a couple of minutes from The Big Store where you can find gas, groceries, and so much more! View was great and sitting on the porch with a nice breeze was heavenly. Being able to easily walk onto the sand was our biggest decision maker and that did not disappoint. Parts of Crystal Beach can be pretty busy at times, but the kids and dog had plenty of room to roam here. We grabbed a 10 beach parking pass from The Big Store and drove onto the beach to save our spot when it got a little busier. Had it not already been booked, we probably would have grabbed a few more nights! We are already planning our next stay.

We loved our week here. The view of the beach from the porch is spectacular. Had everything we needed. Only a couple miles from grocery store. We had almost nightly fires by the fire pit. Didn’t care for the plastic Adirondack chairs so put my 2 zero gravity chairs there. Area seemed safe and secure but sadly someone swiped them in the middle of the night. At least we got to use them for 6 of the 7 nights we stayed.

Great Service

Jessica P. was prompt in her response when messaged. I appreciated her help and making sure we had everything we needed in cottage 6. Did not list what kind of coffee maker so ended up buying both kinds. Turned out to only have a coffee pot which was fine. Would definitely go back.

Property needs refreshing

Excellent location, good floor plan and spacious. Maintenance has been neglected with broken fixtures, holes in mini blinds, peeling paint and noticeable wood rot. Washer/dryer is oddly located in the main bedroom and is loud. Bed sheets and towels are so worn-out and stained that they can only be described as nasty. Online photos and description is not accurate.

Couples Weekend

Perfect location for a couples weekend to go see a concert at Camp Margaritaville. Place was very clean and the AC was AWESOME!! Communication with Jess was great, check-in and check-out were a breeze. Will definitely be back.
