This Brand new 3B/2B property is located on a direct beach access road with easy traveling by foot or golf cart to the beach. It has a bonus enclosed bathroom and shower underneath for quick trips to and from the beach. It has beautiful coastal themed decor and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! There is an extra refrigerator in the garage
• Charcoal grill – Don’t forget the charcoal! Please clean up afterwards. Smoke detectors •Washer/Dryer • Hair dryers • New stainless steel appliances, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster • Fully equipped kitchen – Cookware, cookie sheets, baking dishes, knives, cutting boards, silverware, plastic dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, plastic dinnerware for kids.
There is a king bed in the master, guest room with 2 queens and a bunkroom with 4 full size beds.
We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.
No events or parties allowed (includes prom and graduation parties), max occupancy at all time is 14.
There is a charcoal grill available. Please bring your charcoal and lighter fluid.
