The fourth bedroom has 4 king beds and an ensuite bath. The bunk room features 4 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 6 twin beds. This home sleeps 28 comfortably. You will love the fully stocked kitchen, with all you need to prepare and serve meals, including stainless steel appliances, dual refrigerators, a Keurig coffee maker, and abundant seating around the bar and large dining table. The home also offers Smart TVs and high speed internet for your convenience.
Outdoors, the deck has picnic tables and lounge chairs with a view of the Gulf, and a private pool.
Downstairs features a picnic table and sand shower for rinsing off the day at the beach. Enjoy this space by cooking meals on the charcoal grill, as well! There is plenty of parking for guests in the driveway and under the house. This property also offers a cargo lift - just what you need for getting your luggage and those heavy coolers of food/drinks upstairs!

Great house for 4 families

We had a great stay at Old Blue Chair. The pool was great to have for the kids. The beach is a close walking distance. Make sure you bring wine glasses and baking sheets if you need.
