Sea-renity is a beautiful new luxury beach house offering 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, spacious living area, dining area, breakfast nook, and gourmet kitchen. It has gorgeous gulf views with direct beach access. This incredible property has it all, including a pool with waterfall feature, kiddy pool, and a spa. There is actually space for 22 to be comfortable and have privacy, unlike some houses that you have to pile in and all share rooms. This property provides 3 plush, private, king size suites.

This spacious open concept has ample room for your large group to gather after a day enjoying the beach and pool. The large living area combines luxury and comfort. There are over sized couches and chairs along with multiple conversation or gaming zones.

There is a dining table and 6 chairs, another table with two captain's chairs and bench seats on either side, and space for 4 at the counter top bar.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook and serve your large group. There are 2 refrigerators, an ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, and small appliances. Sea-renity's kitchen also has all the cookware and serving dishes to prepare and serve your guest in style.

Bedroom #1 boasts a king bed, small seating area, access to the deck and an ensuite bath. The bathroom offers a large walk in shower.
Bedroom #2 has 2 queen beds.
Bedroom #3 is a king with a small seating area and ensuite bath. The bathroom has a shower/ tub combo.
Bedroom #4 has a king size bed and an ensuite bath with shower or tub.
Bedroom #5 is the bunk room with 4 queen size beds.

This property provides 5 full bathrooms with custom tile showers and granite countertops. There are three private baths and two centrally located between the rooms without an ensuite. These bathrooms have combination tub and shower.

The wrap around deck is large, covered, and has ample seating. Even with all of the amazing accommodations upstairs you still may find yourself enjoying the downstairs entertainment area even more. It has a fabolous pool with waterfall feature and a spa along with outdoor lounging couches, television with satellite service, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. All of this just steps away from the beach!
This property is located in the heart of Crystal Beach close to restaurants and stores. We provide all linens and towels as well as all the household essentials so you can pack light and start the fun faster! We have the option of adding a 6 seater golf cart for $600 a week or $125 per night of your stay.

Beautiful property

We rented this property for the weekend with a group of 12 preschool teachers. The house is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are large, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. Soaps and shampoos were provided in every room, along with other essentials throughout the house. The pool is perfect and the outdoor shower and cargo lift for luggage and groceries was a huge plus! We did not rent the golf cart as the beach is so close it’s really not necessary. The only downside to this rental was the requirement to wash, dry, and replace all of the towels before check out at 10 AM. Typically rental properties just tell you where to leave wet towels for the cleaning crew, but this one specifically listed that the towels must be washed and returned to their original location. This requirement meant staying up late the night before check out or waking up super early to complete the process before 10 AM. I would definitely stay here again, but would probably bring my own towels so I can enjoy my vacation on the last evening!

Perfect house!

This house was big, beautiful, and clean -the covered pool was perfect for us since it rained most of our vacation. With the beach a very short walk from the front door we were very happy with this rental! Also the property manager was very nice easy to reach with any questions.

Family Getaway

Family had a really enjoyable stay at the Sea-Renity. House was immaculate and roomy. Carinn, our host, was readily available with any questions or issues that we had. Easter at Sea-rinity

Sea-rinity was very clean and welcoming home for our annual Easter gathering. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and kitchen well stocked. Carinn was very responsive and sent someone out to show us how to work the hot tub. The location is pretty perfect. Stores and restaurants were found in close proximity and the beach was also in walking distance.

Family vacation/ birthday celebration

Each year our family heads to a beach vacation end of september.. This year we found Sea-rinity at Boliver. It was perfect for our family gathering, ages 1-86. We didn’t want for anything during our stay. I cannot say enough on the spacious house giving a group of 11 ample space, the beds were so comfortable, the decor is beautiful and the amenities were awesome. And so close to the beach.

Best House Ever - trauma care

We got there right after 4pm. The house is everything and more. It have everything and was so nice . It’s probably better in person . We all loved it. There was no propane in the bottles. So we had to change some ways we were cooking . We really didn’t get to start our vacation on Wednesday My granddaughter fell off bunk bed, and was unconscious . Had to call 911 , can’t say enough about the police and EMT . They got to house really fast. They stopped all traffic and held ferry to get us to the Trauma Center . We were their 2 nights . Want to come back and spend my hold time on beach with no accidents.

Fantastic rental!

This is a great house! The whole house is nice, up to date, and well decorated. We loved the large dining table and plenty of seating in the living room. There was enough room for our whole family (10 adults and 6 kids ranging from 7 months - 17yo) and the covered pool was a huge bonus. House is walking distance to the beach and the view is great as well. The two fridges, walk-in pantry, and two sets of washer/dryers are a nice convenience. Carinn is an excellent property manager and her communication is top notch. She answered all my questions promptly, was so helpful, and very professional. She even found a hair dryer we left behind and mailed to us! Great customer service! My only request would be to add a chair that rocks somewhere in the house. With a baby in our group, it would have been a helpful feature. This is a minor thing and certainly wouldn’t stop us from renting this house again in the future! We hope to be back next summer!

Spectacular home

Some properties are as advertised in the pictures, well this one is even better in person. Very thoughtful space and layout that worked so well for our group of 7 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. The extra fridge is an essential for such a big group and the common areas were plenty large for all to gather. Everyone had their own space if we needed some personal time. The downstairs porch area is amazing. After being at the beach and getting hot and sandy nothing was better than rinsing off in the outdoor shower then hopping in the cool pool. It’s such a short walk from the beach we did that every day. The home is maybe 100 yards from the beach and people and ship watching from the upstairs balcony was one of our favorite pastimes. As it was July 4th weekend the fireworks were a bit annoying as they went on all night but that was to be expected I guess. House is centrally located and close to anything you might need. Highly recommend the fresh shrimp at JBs about a half mile from the house. We had a shrimp boil twice while there as prices were great. Overall the entire family raves about this stay and we plan to come back.
