Sleeps 20. Linens furnished and beds are made. Excellent Beachfront view. Bright and gorgeous! Large-Stylish home. Right on the beach. After a day at the beach use the enclosed shower below the house to wash sand off.
Must be 25+ to book (no booking for someone else). Pets must be okay`d by owners prior to stay. There is a pet fee. Please include your pets when you book. Respect your neighbors. Noise ordinance after 10:30. Smoking allowed outside ONLY, and all cigarette butts must be put in provided butt cans. Any butts on the ground will result in additional cleaning fee. EV charging is not permitted. See our Rental Agreement for other rules.
