Location was awesome, pet friendly, easy check-in, clean, great gathering areas around home. There was some miscommunication, a few things that needed repairs and could have used some instructions on some things - - but overall, it was a lovely weekend.

The location CANNOT be beat. We loved the proximity to the beach and the view. The accommodations, however, were less than stellar. The entire house needs a desperately thorough cleaning. The storm shutters do not operate in one of the bedrooms, which leaves it completely dark and without view. The mattresses look like they were found abandoned on the street and simply covered with sheets. Once we stripped the beds and pillows (as instructed to do) we saw that they were horribly stained with a multitude of excrement - it looked like a crime scene. The kitchen drawers were missing handles and utensils were clearly dumped recklessly within drawers that have never been cleaned. The digital panel on the oven was missing LEDs so that we couldn't properly read or set the temperature. We were astounded to find there was no salt or pepper and what condiments we did find were expired. Much of the deck furniture was missing pieces, though still functional.
