Stunning property with wonderful outdoor space. If you come to Crystal Beach often you must stay at this house at least once! There’s nothing else like it on the peninsula. Thank you, Carinn for sharing your home with us.

Great family beach trip

The stay here was a great location. We loved the close beach access. Beautiful views from the deck. It was only 4 miles from a large grocery store . The bedrooms were comfortable for us all. We enjoyed the large kitchen counters for preparing our meals. The downstairs kitchen was really nice to have . It made it easy to go back and forth to the beach for refreshments . We would stay here again .

Perfect!

This house was perfect for a family weekend. There is plenty of space indoors and outdoors for everyone to visit and relax. There is easy access to the beach a block away. There was nothing that could have been better with this house.

Everything was great excep just a couple of suggestions. Dont have guest wash, dry & put away towels, hand towels and washrag. We had to wash the night before & didnt have anything to wash or dry our faces in the morning. Also microwave was in the master bedroom closet, so we really could not use it. Bring it to the kitchen. Would have prefered the larger table inside rather than in the closed-in porch, but we had a great time and would stay again. Beautiful home !!!

Great location responsive host

We loved the location and the house. Sleeps large groups comfortably. Spiral stairs are a little scary for some but teenagers were fine with them. It had everything we needed.

Crystal Beach Family Trip

The house is nice. The area under the house is a great place to cook, play and hang out with family. There were a few issues. When it rains, water comes in through the front bedroom window. The grill was broken. Upon leaving, you are asked to have all the towels washed, folded and put away. That’s kind of hard to do.

Great Location

This house was great for our family vacation. The property was clean and as described in the listing. The location close to the beach was wonderful. There were a few negatives but it did not impact the trip too much. The gas grill is not in working order and there were some kitchen supplies missing. Overall the property was great and would consider renting again.

Great trip

There were a couple of electrical issues and some AC issues that were weather related but other than that the house was great. Downstairs kitchen was awesome. We have family that owns property in this subdivision and we try to stay in this area when we come. Great location. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home

This home was a dream! It was gorgeous with the perfect view of the water from the front porch. It was spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the upstairs loft. The outdoor living areas were my favorite. Between kitchen with roll up doors for the bar, the hammock, the fire pit, the enclosed porch, and tons of seating, we were able to enjoy a lot of family time outside. The extra 4th bathroom downstairs was also a very nice addition. The host was easy to get ahold of, very nice and helpful. We would book again!

Our Favorite Home on the Peninsula

This home was so charming! It was the perfect set-up for a 3 night multi-family stay including 3 couples, 4 teen girls, and their weird uncle. =) The home has many different sitting areas for groups to gather, the downstairs open kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast and keeping drinks cold and easily accessible. We never had issues with mosquitos, as we have in other homes on the peninsula. I'm assuming this is because of the fantastic proximity to the beach and the nice breeze the location provides. The location truly couldn't be better, with a quick walk to the beach access and a short drive to the Big Store for any last minute necessities. The decor was warm and cozy, yet still totally "beach house" appropriate for the renovated historic home. We had a small issue with WiFi that resolved quickly by messaging the owner via VRBO. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this home again for our annual trip to this fun TX Beach.

Best beach house, Crystal Clear

What a wonderful home Second Time Around is. We had an incredible experience at this property. It was everything that was listed and shown on the VRBO site and more. Very comfortable, no one wanted for anything at this home. Very well appointed and everything worked, no issues with anything. We loved all the outdoor areas and spent all of our time outside while there. The kids loved having their own space in the loft. Plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach was very short and not a problem at all. We were happy we were one row back as it was very peaceful. They were spot on with the downstairs bar and kitchen, our favorite place to hang out. Carton was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly when contacted. Don’t have a negative thing to say about this property and would highly recommend it for a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach.

The Ladies and I have stay at a number of homes through out our travels. This home was so wonderful, and the quality of the furniture down to everything that was needed for our stay was there. Our host Carinn was all in for us. I ask for a couple things and she was there for us. Great Time !!!!!!!!

Spring Break visit

House is beautiful and clean, everything was perfect. Great location close to the beach. Response time was excellent from Carin. I would absolutely stay here again and suggest to anyone who is thinking about it to just do it. You will not regret it.
