A Pineapple Paradise

A Pineapple Paradise is the paradise you have been looking for! Centrally located in Crystal Beach, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has it all. It is the perfect location for easy access to all the local restaurants, shopping and fun activities in the area. It is also just a short walk, golf cart ride, or drive to the beach.

The family room has wooden floors, a large flat-screen television and comfortable furniture, making it a great place to relax. For your convenience, high speed internet is provided. The kitchen is well furnished, and has bar seating as well as a dining table that seats four.

This two story house has a primary suite with a queen bed on the main level. Two other bedrooms are located upstairs - one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two sets of twin over queen bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath and satellite-connected, flat-screen TV.

Walk outside on the upper back deck and soak in the views of the bay, Intracoastal Waterway, and peek-a-boo views of the beach. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage at sunset! There is also an additional deck on the front side of the house with seating. Downstairs you will find a sand shower, charcoal BBQ grill, as well as a bar with additional seating. The huge lot features a great fire pit with seating - fun all year long!

Cargo lift available with a fee. Your small dog (under 35 pounds) is allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Nice

It’s a nice place. Stayed pretty warm with ac as low as it would allow. Didn’t see Wi-Fi password listed anywhere and didn’t find out we had it until we left. They have a short list of cleaning to do before you leave but don’t supply any cleaning supplies. There are no towels, toilet paper etc so bring that stuff! There is not beach access from the cabin. It’s in a good location. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is massive. We had a great weekend!

Will definitely come back!

We will definitely rent this house again. Very clean and more beds to sleep in. Small kitchen but it's workable. So much space to hangout outside with a 360 view. Its a long work to the beach so had rent a golf cart. They have a lift for heavy loads you will bring, no need to carry them up and down the stairs. And one small thing, how i wish theres a gate at the stairs. We have a toddler who loves chilling outside but we were very afraid he might fall down the stairs if we weren't looking. But overall we loved the house.
