This is a very nice NEW property! It’s clean and aesthetically pleasing. Beds are really comfortable and all the USB plugs next to the beds and in the lamps are awesome… especially for teenagers! The golf cart and hot tub are a GREAT bonus! I LOVED the chairs downstairs! We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and there were 4 parents and 7 young adults on this trip. We had a GREAT TIME! I will say…the pictures do make the kitchen and the bunk bed room look a lot bigger than they are. We weren’t spending a lot of time indoors, so it was fine… but it’s snug. I will suggest the host provide larger pans and cookie sheets (the ones provided are too small to cook for 11-12 people) I had my husband bring a griddle and pan the next day when he came up to use. The only other suggestion is for the host to leave more than 2 rolls for toilet paper. We went and bought some while we were there. Maybe it’s normal, but we haven’t had to do that before with a house of 10-15 people. George, the Host was very responsive! This house is going to be great the longer they have it and the more they stock it with little things. We did leave some yummy brand new Blue Bell Ice Cream treats for the next guests
