The house was beautiful and well put together. Please note this is not a beach front property. It is in a small community with golf cart access to the beach. If you want to take your vehicle, you will need to go up the road a few miles to get access. Golf cart is not included. Cost was around 400.00 for 3 days. House does include a ton of amenities. Beach toys, wagons, chairs and towels. Charcoal grill, you will need charcoal & lighter fluid. Inside was a variety of card games, TV’s in every room with ROKU. Master TV the remote wouldn’t work, no biggie since you can connect a remote to phone. Bedroom 1 TV was currently not showing the picture clear. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans, etc. Considering small hiccups we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to someone with the clear understanding of the location and access to beach.

Great location and proximity to the beach. Excellent communication from the owner and the house was very comfortable and in a very safe area. Highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to go back!

Very beautiful home. Extremely clean and well stocked with incidentals, spices, coffee, sugar, etc…. The walk to the beach is really 6-7 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Family Friendly House

Our family stayed here during spring break, and it was the perfect beach getaway without the usual crowds. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the beach was never too busy. Austin was incredibly kind and always quick to respond to anything we needed. The house was ideal for our multigenerational family—kids, parents, and grandparents—offering plenty of space for everyone. The couches were super comfortable, and the home was stocked with everything we needed for a fun beach trip. The kids especially loved the bunk beds, complete with chargers at each one—perfect for teens!

Brief retreat

Communication via email with instructions were timely and easy to understand. House was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Only suggestion would be the addition of 12” nonstick frying pan. Location in relation to Stingarees and The Big store was convenient. Lack of Beach access with a vehicle was an issue though not a big one.

Great beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean, well equipped and close to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is much less crowded than it is closer to the middle of town. The host was fantastic and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach House

This new home was beautifully decorated and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The beds are extremely comfortable and the appliances and TVs (in every room) are top notch. We had everything we needed and more including a sand wagon which was very useful. Our host, Austin, is very responsive. My family was very comfortable and we recommend this house because it felt like home!
