Everything was terrible. The room was dirty. Nothing works the bathroom did not working, can not flush, all night we have bedbugs all over the place even in a suite onder the coach we found al lot of bedbugs. It was disgusting everything. The people for the room service touching my staff no gloves, no masks, the Bathroom was Full of molds. TV never works. We cancel our stay there we did only 3 nights. I will never, never go there any more and will never recomend it to anyone. They are disgusting. Sorry for my language. Never again

They need to remodel the place. It is in shambles: towels are not cleaned, doors hard to open, A/C not functioning right. It can be so much better out there
the Visa is located very close to the airport. But no noise from the airport. On secluded street so very quite. Security at the gate. The staff was very helpful and very nice. Rooms were nice, comfortable and large. Grounds very nice. Pool and deck area very nice and very large. Outside seating covered area and beautiful. Buffet breakfast was very good. Menu had many choices for dinner and always good.
