The room was really run down. The AC was not working properly. They have new, nicer looking rooms, but you have to pay at least $300 a night for them. $200, not a cheap room at all, gives you a lousy room. The food was ok. Prices were on the expensive side, but not super crazy. Service was terrible all around. Slow and unhelpful. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7. By 7:20, none of the servers had arrived. Had to leave without service. There were no towels at the pool, and nobody seemed to care, they were all on their phones and guests were treated like a nuisance. Bad experience.

I enjoyed the fact that there is so much to do on site that I did not need to go outside of the property. I could find activities during the day and the nightlife is very active. Plus the food and the cocktails are excellent.
