Come and discover Pornichet, a charming seaside town, peaceful and ideal for family or friends holidays. Stay in this house, named "Les Lutins", due to its atypical and welcoming facade. Perfectly located just 200 metres from the beach and close to shops, you will be spoilt for choice: enjoy outdoor activities or opt for relaxing moments at the beach. Also enjoy a garden for outdoor meals, to relax in the sun or to admire the stars in the evening.
As soon as you arrive in the house, you will discover a pleasant living area, equipped with a television and a comfortable sofa. The dining area is just after, with a fully equipped open kitchen. You will find induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. You will also find the shower room and an independent toilet.
Upstairs, you will access the bedrooms: one is equipped with a double bed (140 x 190) and the other with two single beds (90 x 190). A washing machine and a travel cot are available if necessary.
Finally, a parking space is available just in front of the house for your convenience.
