Enjoy a private, enclosed garden with a beautiful terrace, pool, and jacuzzi. The villa features a bright living area facing the pool, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher), and a laundry room with freezer, washing machine, dryer, and an extra fridge. One bedroom is on the ground floor, with a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (140/160 cm beds), a shower room, and separate toilet.
