This terraced house of 28m² has a double sleeping area (140 bed) in the mezzanine and a sofa bed, thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.



It consists of an open kitchen with induction hobs and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (refrigerator - freezer, microwave, small oven, filter coffee maker, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and kettle). A living room with TV overlooks a terrace and the garden and has a sun awning. A bathroom with independent WC completes the rental. A hairdryer, a washing machine, garden furniture (garden furniture and electric grill) are also at your disposal.

Enjoy the (unheated) swimming pool offered by the residence from 15 June to 15 September.
