A recently built, traditional house located in the heart of the seaside resort of Pornic, close to shops, the port, and the beaches (approximately 900 m). Peace and quiet await you. Another gîte is next door (accessible via the gardens). A private 400 m² garden with a sunny wooden terrace (25 m²) and a shaded covered area. Private enclosed parking.

Living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 2 single beds that can be joined together), shower room, and separate WC.

Amenities included: full baby equipment, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, tumble dryer, freezer compartment, electric car charging point (extra charge).
