The living area consists of a fitted kitchen open to the dining room and lounge and is equipped with induction hobs, a microwave, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a filter and pod coffee maker "Senseo", a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (rice cooker, pressure cooker, seafood accessories). The lounge with WIFI has a television and a wood-burning stove (available from October) and provides access to a 25m² wooden terrace with outdoor furniture.
