The house is surrounded by a 400 m², beautifully landscaped garden with outdoor seating and wellness areas. There is a 40 m² private pool with a sundeck, a whirlpool, and a summer kitchen. The property is fully fenced to ensure maximum privacy, and there is also covered parking for two vehicles.
Villa Casa Lori is built in a traditional style but modernly furnished and can accommodate 8 persons in 150 m² spread over two floors. The ground floor features a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, all in one room with access to the beautiful covered terrace with two relaxation areas – a coffee corner and a dining table. A bedroom with a shower/WC and access to the pool, as well as a separate toilet, are also located on the ground floor.
