The house has a closed yard of 1000m2 in which childreen can play in complete safety.There are 2 apartments in the house. Both apartments were renovated in 2022. They are situated on the ground floor of a familiy house in which garden the guests have on their disposal a barbecue with table for shared use. The houseowner live on the first floor and parking is in the yard of the house .

Leider war die Wohnung unzureichend geputzt worden.
Duschabfluss verstopft, Haare vom Vormieter usw., Abzugshaube total dreckig, Geschirrspüler komplett verkalkt, Haarbüschel im Kleiderschrank, Schimmel an der Decke im Bad. Kein Staubsauger vorhanden.

Super Urlaub
Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seiten Strasse. Alles was mann so zum täglichen Bedarf braucht Bäcker Supermarkt ist zu Fuss gut zu ereichen. Restaurants und Bars sind ebenfalls in 5min zu ereichen.
Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber und Modern eingerichtet. Die Überdachte Terrasse mit einen wunderschönen Blick in den Olivenbaum Garten lädt zum Frühstücken sowie zum Gemütlichen beisammensein ein.Wir waren zu 5 und sind mit Hund gereist ein Kriterium warum wir hier gebucht haben war das das Gelände umzäunt ist was es dann leider nicht war, aber hierfür hatten wir auch eine Lösung. Die Vermieterin ist eine etwas ältere Dame sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Fazit wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Auch ein Danke an Istrialine Travel hat alles super geklappt.
