Apartments Stefani are located in Novo naselje, only 350 m from the beach Brulo and 800m from the city center of Porec away. There are two apartments in the house and the owner lives on the ground floor. Parking is in the front of the house.
Apartment Stefani B5 for 4-5 persons with a surface of 60m2 is located on the first floor and it has been completely renovated. It consist of a living area with a modern kitchen, dining table and sleeping couch for 1 person, two sleeping rooms with double beds and booth with acess to the nice covered terrace with see view and garden furniture, bathroom with shower/toilet. Wifi internet connection and air condition are availaible.

Schöne Wohnung , zentral fussläufig gelegen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und unkomplizierter Mietvorgang. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben, bis auf den Toaster ( den wir sowieso nicht gebraucht hätten) . Wir würden diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und tolle Lage!

Wir waren in 2023 bereits da und haben für dieses Jahr gleich wieder gebucht. Sehr netter Vermieter, angenehme ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, etwas auf einem Hügel so dass man auf dem Rückweg vom Hafen oder Meer bergauf laufen muss. Bis zum Hafen läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Bis zum Meer ca. 10 Minuten. Da wir in der Nachsaison reisen, gibt es dort auch immer ausreichend Liegeflächen. Es gibt am Strandbereich ebenfalls sanitäre Anlagen und Strandbars. Mit dem Hund kann man direkt um die Ecke von dem Appartement in ein kleines Waldstück gehen. Es wäre schön, wenn ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen gemacht werden würden, z. Bsp. die Duschkabine könnte mal ausgetauscht werden - aber ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles an Ausstattung was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, es wurde sogar noch eine Waschmaschine angeschafft und der Kühlschrank ist brandneu... wie gesagt, Preis/Leistung. Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Doppelbett sind geräumig und haben Zugang zum nach hinten liegenden überdachten Balkon. Die Klimaanlage hängt zwar nur in der Küche, funktioniert aber super, für die ganze Wohnung. Wir mussten sie leider in diesem Jahr zeitweilig als Heizung nutzen. Zwischenzeitlich wurden jetzt die Übernachtungspreise leider erhöht, aber wir kommen gern nochmal wieder.

angenehmes Appartement, strandnah und citynah

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt Ende September/Oktober. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen und man ist zu Fuß in 10 bis 15 Minuten am Meer - größtenteils kein richtiger Badestrand, Felsen mit Leitern zum Meer aber es gibt ein paar Kiesbuchten wo man normal ins Wasser laufen kann. Da wir in der Nachsaison gereist sind, haben wir immer einen Platz zum Baden gefunden. Zum Hafen läuft man ebenfalls 10 - 15 min. Wenn man mit Hund anreist, gibt es 200 Meter hinter der Wohnung ein kleines Waldstück für die Gassirunde. Das Appartement ist angenehm groß, es gibt ein paar Schönheitsmängel, die nicht ins Gewicht fallen. Kühlschrank ging kaputt, wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Klimaanlage gibt es nur in der Küche, allerdings haben wir im Oktober auch keine Klimaanlage benötigt. Im Sommer könnte das ein Problem sein. Vermieter spricht leider kein englisch, war aber sehr nett. Neue Handtücher haben wir auf Anfrage auch sofort bekommen. Kommunikation läuft über die nette Agentur. Ein sehr gutes Preis/Leisutngsverhältnis. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Ideale gelegene Wohnung. Der Strand und die Stadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Wenn sich der Vermieter die Zeit nimmt und die diversen kleinen Defekte repariert, würde es noch einen Stern mehr geben.

Schönes Appartement, das mehr Pflege bedarf!

Zwei gute, relativ neu möblierte Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum. Strand und Altstadt zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Terrasse nach Osten und Westen. Aber weder der im Internet abgebildete große Sonnenschirm (stattdessen ein billiges Plastikding) war vorhanden noch die schönen Stühle mit Kissen. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir zwei kleine Sofakissen! Die im Internet abgebildeten Badematten waren ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage gab es ein Handtuch als Duschvorlage. Das Bad war schmutzig und musste noch einmal geputzt werden. Halterung für Toilettenpapier und Handtuchhalter neben Waschbecken wacklig und locker. Kühl-Gefrierkombi: Innenlicht im Kühlschrank kaputt, Gemüseschale fehlte komplett, Gefrierteil war kaputt! Blende der Abzugshaube notdürftig angeklebt, da Halterung kaputt. Internetempfang instabil oder nicht vorhanden! Keine gescheiten Messer zum Brot schmieren, keine Eierbecher und-Löffel, kein Salatbesteck vorhanden! Ein gründlicher Hausputz und ein bisschen mehr Pflege weiße Farbe würden dem eigentlich sehr schönen Appartement gut tun.
