Clean, Spacious and Modern with a great view!

We, a Swedish family of five with three teenage kids, enjoyed this great apartement. It has everything one needs such as dishwasher, washing machine, grill, water cooker, coffee maker, AC, flat screen tv with 40 german channels and last but not least wi-fi. The apartement, located at the top of this house, is also spacious with two bathrooms, both with shower, and has two balconys. Both protected from rain. It's an 8 min walk to the sea and a 13 min walk in to Porec. The landlord, Daniel, is super helpful and very straight forward. We would definitely book this again if going to Porec!

Hätte mir keinen besseren Gastgeber vorstellen können! Kontakt tiptop, Wohnung tiptop, alles sauber und voll funktionstüchtig. Ruhige Gegend, auf einem kleinen Hügel - trotz recht zentraler Lage.Zum Strand Brulo etwa 8 Gehminuten, und in die Stadt an der Promenade entlang etwa 30min. Wir bedanken uns nochmals herzlichst und hoffentlich auf bald!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte vollkommen unproblematisch. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Aussicht von der kleinen Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung und auch die Anlage sind sehr sauber. Nur die Matratzen sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, vielleicht haben sie ihre Zeit auch schon erreicht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Küche und die Bäder sind sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich könnte gemütlicher sein! Vor allem der viel zu kleine Fernseher, der so angebracht ist, dass man von der Sitzgelegenheit nur seitlich darauf blicken kann, wirkt sehr störend! Traumhafte Aussicht von der Loggia jedoch nicht von der grossen Terrasse (man sieht leider fast nur Hausmauern)
