Casa Noemi is a beautifully furnished holiday home with swimming pool at the edge of the village Rakovci near Baderna.

On its own property of 1000 sqm, only to the guests available, it offers a private swimming pool, four sun chairs, a covered terrace with dining table, a barbecue and two parking spaces.

Only 200 meters from the house there is a restaurant with traditional specialties, the nearest shop is 2,5 km in Baderna and in Porec, about 16 km away, there are the many beaches, sports and entertainment offers.



Casa Noemi of 100 sqm on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with equipped kitchen, dining table and living room, a shower/toilet. Die ist nun schon die zweite Buchung eines Ferienhauses bei Istria Home.

Die ist nun schon die zweite Buchung eines Ferienhauses bei Istria Home. Immer wieder sehr gern. Dieses Haus erfüllt alle Wünsche. Sogar der Pool ist so groß, dass man richtig schwimmen konnte und nicht bloß naßmachen. Die Lage des Grundstückes im Dorf ist so günstig, dass fast keine Einsicht besteht. Die Sauberkeit im Grundstück und im Haus einfach super. Bei der überdachten Veranda mit einem großen Tisch spielt sich alles draußen ab. Die schöne offene Küche läd zum inspirieren ein. Die größte Überraschung war ein nicht aufgeführter aber vorhandener Smoothie-Maker. Tipp, besucht die Markthalle von Porec, es lohnt sich.
