On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with 8 seats and a toilet.
One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other two are on the first floor. Each room has a TV, air conditioning and a private balcony with table and chairs.
In the courtyard there is a terrace with a patio table and 8 seats.
There is also a 32 m2 private pool, 6 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and 2 parasols.
