The flat is a newly renovated flat in the Novo Naselje district of Porec, only 700 metres from Brulo beach, sports facilities and restaurants. The town centre can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, the nearest shop is 600 m away. Parking for 3 cars directly in front of the house.
The flat is suitable for 4 people, is located on the 1st floor and has a living area of 75 m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with access to the covered balcony with seating set, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor is the bedroom (Galleria) with two beds, which can be put together if required. The flat is air-conditioned on both floors and has WLAN. Groups of young people are not permitted.
