Residence Daniela is located in the typical Istrian village of Veleniki, just 5 kilometres from Porec and the sea. A 40 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and jacuzzi for communal use is 100 metres from the flat. The private car park is located directly in front of the house. The well-known restaurant-tavern is located directly opposite and several supermarkets are approx. 4 km away. Breakfast in the restaurant is possible for an extra charge. This holiday flat is located in a separate house with a living space of approx. 80 sqm on 3 floors. On the ground floor is the living room with kitchen and dining table, a separate WC and a lovely furnished terrace at the entrance. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with satellite TV and a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. A spacious bedroom with double bed, sitting area and bathroom is located on the 2nd floor. Treat yourself to a break in a relaxed country atmosphere and spend a relaxing holiday. Youth groups are not permitted.
