Porec fußläufig am Meer entlang über Strandpromenade und Park in 30 min zu erreichen. Vermieter im Haus und sehr freundlich.

Sehr ruhige und doch zentrale Lage….

Stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Fewo. Ruhig vom Autoverkehr her, in einer Nebenstraße gelegen. Um die Ecke gibt s einen Konsum, einen super Bäcker, EC Automat und einige leckere Restaurants. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren in die Natur oder in die Stadt direkt, ca 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Der unmittelbare Strand enthält Betonplatten, ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß geht der Strand in Kieselsteine über. Vermieter wohnt mit im Haus, sehr nett, es gab selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Einziges Manko…die Wände im Haus sind sehr hellhörig, viele Nebengeräusche. Die Agentur Aida ist auch mit im Haus, aber das stört einen nicht. Es gibt eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit vor der Tür, diese befindet sich aber im Durchgang und ist immer schattig. Wenn man die Natur sucht und sich nicht den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung aufhalten möchte, da sie doch sehr klein ist für 2 Personen, ist man hier genau richtig.
