The house has a total of 4 holiday flats with a shared plot of 1000 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 50 m2 open pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining and a well-kept garden for shared use. This holiday flat for 4 persons is located on the ground floor of the house on a living space of 64m2 and has 2 bedrooms, each with double bed, living room with kitchen and dining table all in one room, Sat Tv and bathroom with shower/WC. At the entrance there is a beautiful covered terrace with seating. Air conditioning and wireless internet are available.
