Beautiful, quietly situated vacation home with three apartments and pool

Our vacation house, built in 2000, is located in the settlement of Kukci, a quiet suburb of Porec, and has a total for 3 fully equipped apartments with bedroom, kitchen, shower / WC and terrace (you do not need bed linen or towels). Apartment 3 has a covered terrace and is about 40 square meters . It can accommodate three people, some of our regular guests also travel with two children who can sleep on the 140x200 cm sofa bed. Basically, however, the apartment is perfect for 2 adults with a maximum of one child. A TV with satellite reception is available. Parking is available on the property within the complex. The large garden with pool and our barbecue area invite you to enjoy your vacation.
In the immediate vicinity there is a small supermarket with a bakery and a bar, which can be reached in a few minutes walk.
Highly recommended is the restaurant "Marina", which is also located in the village within walking distance.
Besides Porec has numerous quiet or lively beaches, all can be reached in a few minutes by car or bicycle, so that both older people and families with children as well as younger people get their money's worth. Furthermore, you can choose from a very wide cultural, culinary and sporting offer, so nothing stands in the way of a versatile vacation that leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to Porec's very good transport connections, you can also explore all the inviting historic towns and the beautiful, green hilly to mountainous hinterland of Istria, which is also known as the Tuscany of Croatia due to the similarity of the landscape.
Especially in the off-season, Istria has become a popular destination for bicycle tourists due to its well-developed network of paths.
