Beim Check-In gab es schon ein Problem, es fehlte ein Schlüssel. Die Kühltruhe vom Kühlschrank bekommt man so gut wie nicht auf/zu. Konnten wir also nicht wirklich nutzen. Die Klimaanlage stinkt derbe nach Essig beim Anschalten. Die ganze Wohnung hat nach Essig gerochen.Beim Anschalten des Lichtschalters hat es einmal laut geknallt und dann standen wir im Dunkeln. Konnte sich nicht drum gekümmert werden, wegen eines Feiertages in Kroatien. Die Wohnung war sauber beim Check-In und der Ansprechpartner Miro war auch gleich erreichbar. Die Gegend, wo die Wohnung sich befindet, war sehr schön. Man hat alles zu Fuß in Poreĉ erreichen können. Dennoch würden wir das Appartement nicht nochmal buchen, dafür ein zu viele Mängel.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ob Strand, Bäckerei oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants, die für jeden Geschmack etwas bieten. Wer mit Auto unterwegs ist, hat es auch zu Attraktionen für Kinder nicht weit - Aquapark, Dinopark oder Crazy Cars. Einfach toll! Sowohl die Kinder als auch Erwachsene werden begeistert sein!Kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Die Eigentümer und der Hausmanager Miro sind sehr bemüht, hilfsbereit und nett. Beim Frühstücken auf der Terrasse kann man das Meer sehen. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Betten waren sehr bequem. Klimaanlage hat auch sehr gut funktioniert. Der Strand war zu Fuß gut und schnell erreichbar. Restaurants in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ed war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Das Appartement Nummer 4 war sehr sauber und man hat einen Blick auf das Meer. Die Gastgeberin spricht einwandfrei deutsch. Man hat ca 5 Gehminuten zum Meer und ca. 20 min zum Zentrum von Poreč. Alles super

Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage und war gut ausgestattet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet ist, liegt im Dachgeschoss über den Dächern von Spadici und man kann bis zum Meer schauen, dass man fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr liebevolle, freundliche und hilfsbereite Person. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub mit sehr schöner Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in unserer Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas zurück gesetzt zum Meer in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, so das man wirklich Ruhe hat sich zu erholen. Alles was man braucht liegt in fussläufiger Nähe von ca. 5 min, genauso das Meer. Unsere Vermieterin war wirklich eine Seele von Mensch und auch Ihr Sohn hat uns aus Deutschland nach einer Autopanne ohne zu zögern geholfen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und auch sehr gut gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend, so das man selbst unter dem Dach nicht wegfliesst, bei mehr als 30 Grad. Die Betten sind noch ehr rustikal, aber die Matrazen sind in Ordnung. Alles in allem ist der Preis völlig berechtigt und wir werden wieder kommen.
