Beautiful home in Porec

House Dolly is located in Mugeba, a quiet village only 2.5 km from the holiday resort Green Laguna and 5 km from Porec.

The house was built in 2012 and is situated on its own fenced plot of 740 square metres. House Dolly offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a prefabricated swimming pool, parking for 2 cars, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.



Holiday home for 6 people of 159 sqm on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining table, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, shower/WC and a separate toilet. All rooms have access to the terrace and pool. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a cloakroom and a bathroom/WC. One bedroom has a double bed and access to the balcony and the other has two single beds. Please note that this accommodation may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

Familiär und sehr angenehmes Haus, eingerichtet wie ein Eigenheim. Vermieter wohnen in kleinem Häuschen direkt auf dem Grundstück, halten sich diskret im Hintergrund, sind aber für alle Belange so jederzeit ansprechbar. Küche könnte etwas besser eingerichtet sein, dennoch werden fehlende Objekte, wie zb Küchen-Schere auf Nachfrage sofort bereitgestellt. Betten und Matratzen sind neuwertig und somit schläft es sich bestens. Porec ist mit eigenem PKW in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Aquapark liegt zum Greifen nahe. Sehenswerte Orte wie Vrsar, Rovinji und Novograd in bis zu einer halben Stunde mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Haus, das abseits des großen Trubels verkehrstechnisch hervorragend und ruhig gelegen ist.
