Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, lebt auf dem Grundstück, hält sich aber im Hintergrund. Ein sehr lieber gut erzogener Hund lebt auf dem Grundstück, kommt gerne mal zu Besuch Pool Anlage ist gepflegt. Wohnung sauber und ordentlich, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden.. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer vorhanden, aber wird kaum benötigt da die Wohnung sehr schattig liegt..wenn man morgens und abends gut lüftet reicht es eigentlich.Einziges Manko: die Betten waren ziemlich durchgelegen (das Doppelbett).Lage top in zehn min mit dem Auto in Porec, novigrad und umliegende Orte, sehr schöne Strände zu erkunden. Unser Favorit hawai Beach und santa Marina Beach. Beide ruhig gelegen und nicht überlaufen, mit Beach Bar. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub ! Vielen Dank

Freundlich und solide

Wir waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt in Kroatien. In unserer Unterkunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen und durften sogar etwas eher einchecken. Das Appartment war mit allem notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Allerdings könnten hier einige Erneuerungen vorgenommen werden. Z.Bsp. benötigt die Kaffeemaschine 45min um 1Kanne Kaffee zu kochen. Ebenso haben fast alle Poolliegen einen Riss in der Liegefläche. Die Gastfreundlichkeit des Besitzers hat das jedoch alles wett gemacht. Er beriet uns bei Unternehmungen, den Strandbesuchen etc. Nach einer Woche erhielten wir das Angebot für frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch der tollste Hund der Welt.Blacky, der Hund des Besitzers, ist für alle Kinder und auch Erwachsene einfach nur herzerwärmend charmant und versüßt den Aufenthalt zusätzlich.
