The house is located in a quiet place and, thanks to the facilities, it is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. All apartments were partially renovated in 2015. The house has a total of 4 apartments with a shared plot of 1000 m2 where guests have an open 50m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with covered terrace and large table with benches for outdoor dining and well-kept garden for common use ,

The apartment Livija B4 / 1 for 4-5 persons is on the ground floor of the house on a floor space of 64m2 and has 2 bedrooms, each with double bed, living room with kitchen and dining table, all in one room, satellite TV and bathroom with shower / WC , At the entrance is a beautiful covered terrace with seating. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, die Wohnung, der Pool, die Außenanlagen sehr sehr gepflegt, alles bestens. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.Vielen lieben Dank für die schönen Tage!

Familienurlaub im September

Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend. Die allgemeine Einrichtung war schlicht, aber es war alles vorhanden was für einen Urlaub nötig ist. Leider war die Benutzung des Pools mit der Kleinen (2 Jahre alt) nicht möglich, da dieser viel zu kalt war. Nur für sehr sehr hart gesottene ist schwimmen / planschen möglich. Luftmatratze etc. sind im Pool leider nicht erlaubt. Schwimmflügel für die Kleinen dagegen schon.
